What is Cellvy's Return Policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Cellvy skincare products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Process: Contact us at contact@cellvybeauty.com for a return authorization and mailing instructions. Direct returns to our warehouse without proper authorization cannot be processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking information.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@cellvybeauty.com.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale products are not eligible for return.


Can I order Cellvy products outside of the United States?
At this time, Cellvy is only able to ship within the United States. We appreciate your interest and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
